This form is for community groups seeking funding from the Council over the next three years as part of the Long-Term Plan 2025 –2034.

Community groups that previously received funding as part of the Long-Term Plan 2021-2031 must reapply.

Please read the Funding Request Guidelines before proceeding.

Funding requests can be made during the consultation period 25 April 2025 to 26 May 2025. Funding requests received outside these dates will not be accepted.
