Please review our Statement of Proposal, which summarises the proposed key changes in the Draft Policy and the two options out for public consideration. These were to either adopt the Draft Policy or to retain the current policy. 

The submission period was from Monday, 9 June to 4:30 pm on Friday, 11 July 2025. Submissions received outside these dates are not accepted.
